About the website

Hi, my name is Alvaro Reis and I am from Brazil. Since august 2009 I am running several road races.  I used to run before, but not with the same intensity and regularity. In 2008, I finished my first road running, The Half Marathon of Rio de Janeiro, city where I live. That was amazing, a fantastic experience. In December 2009, I decided to start training to run a full marathon.

Last august, I created this website to share with other people my opinions about running and others sports. So, as a brazilian and sports fan I must write about football (or soccer, if you are from the US). Is almost an obligation!

I will not translate the full website content, just he main topics about running.
